Nestled in the charming village of La Tour on Rue des Diligences, crêperie la tour offers a delightful French culinary experience that beautifully captures the rustic charm of Guillestre. This authentic crêperie specializes in traditional Breton cuisine, showcasing a refined selection of galettes and crêpes that entice both locals and travelers seeking genuine flavors.
From the moment you step inside, a warm and inviting atmosphere greets you, enhanced by attentive, friendly service and a cozy, protected garden setting that feels like a secluded refuge. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between casual comfort and elegant simplicity, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed meal or a special evening out.
The menu is a true homage to classic French favorites, with highlights that have clearly won over regulars and first-timers alike. Notably, the galette au saumon gravlax aux petits légumes earns glowing praise for its harmonious marriage of tender salmon gravlax and fresh, vibrant vegetables wrapped in a perfectly cooked buckwheat crepe—a dish that dances on the palate with subtle smoky and savory notes. Complementing the savory offerings, the crêperie also serves up sweet crepes, although some guests wished for more fruit fillings to accompany the ice cream and whipped cream, suggesting there’s room to enhance the dessert experience.
Equally compelling is their carefully curated selection of regional cidres and the standout Spritz Breton, a refreshing cocktail that pays tribute to local flavors and elevates the dining ritual. It’s clear that crêperie la tour takes great pride in sourcing quality ingredients and creating dishes that reflect the heart of French mountain gastronomy.

Excellent cidre. Bonne adresse.
